Job summary

TENICA is seeking a Logistics Analyst I in Norfolk, VA, to support a federal customer. The role requires a Secret clearance and a hybrid work model with in-person on Monday and Friday and remote Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities include managing item records in Maximo and handling routine inquiries under established guidelines. Candidates should have an Associate's degree or equivalent military experience and at least 2 years in related logistics roles, with knowledge of Navy/NAVFAC

Qualifications

• Knowledge of governing supply regulations, policies, procedures, and instructions applicable to the Navy and NAVFAC.
• Ability to conduct extensive and technical searches for information and to construct records for item management.
• Working knowledge of property inventory techniques, maintenance of asset records, and accountability.
• Knowledge of local, Navy, and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) automated systems (Fed Log, OneTouch, GSA Advantage, Maximo).
• Ability to perform duties independently after initial training.

Responsibilities

• Process requests to add new items and companies in the Maximo system.
• Research items and companies and create or update records in the system.
• Plan and carry out steps using governing supply procedures and standards.
• Adhere to directives and quality standards while performing tasks.
