Job summary

SRS Mission Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to lead planning, analysis, and optimization of Army supply chain processes at Redstone Arsenal. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review logistics documentation, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve readiness and reduce delays.

The role requires seven years of Army logistics experience, plus hands-on LMP proficiency, GCSS-Army exposure, and leadership to mentor junior analysts while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of Army logistics experience.
• Minimum of three years direct, hands-on LMP experience.
• Deep knowledge of government or defense logistics processes and documentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, lead complex logistics projects, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site at Redstone Arsenal with required security access.

Responsibilities

• System Utilization: research, validate, reconcile, and report logistics transactions using LMP and Army systems.
• Core Analysis: perform causative research and recommend corrective actions for inventory, stock, requisitions, and asset discrepancies.
• Asset Management: support property accountability, hand-receipt management, transfers, and disposition activities.
• Reporting & Compliance: develop reports, dashboards, and briefings per Army policies and CSDP requirements.
• Team Leadership: establish procedures and mentor junior logistics analysts and supply personnel.
