Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Senior Logistics Advisor to support the Space Development Agency's Enterprise Operations. You will guide DoD property accountability across ELMS/REMIS, advise on policy and documentation, and ensure proper asset tracking and audit readiness.

This role reports to the EO Senior Logistics Management Specialist and is based at SDA Meadows 1, VA. The position requires 10+ years of DoW knowledge, 5+ years ELMS/DPAS, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strong technical knowledge of DoW property accountability requirements and property asset management procedures.
• 5+ years of hands-on ELMS/DPAS technical experience as APO, Deputy APO, or Property Administrator.
• Proven ability to author clear and concise technical documentation (regulations, manuals, SOPs).
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; #qinetiqclearedjob

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on DoW property accountability requirements and related DoD guidance.
• Advise on research, development, and implementation of Agency logistics policies and documentation.
• Ensure SDA property is recorded in ELMS for General Equipment and REMIS for Weapon System assets.
• Monitor property lifecycle events with all required supporting documents and timelines.
• Guide inventory reconciliation and FLIPL preparation and processing.
• File accountable property forms and records per DoW and SDA requirements.
• Advise on supply chain logistics, transportation operations, and procurement portals.
• Report project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Coordinate oversight of SDA mission partner property and advise on project justifications and scope.
• Act as liaison between local site and Enterprise Operations for coordination
