Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Senior Concessions Manager to lead daily concessions operations at the new Highmark Stadium, starting in 2026. You will oversee budgeting, staffing, safety and guest experience, ensuring strong financial performance and compliance with health and Legends standards.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of high-volume foodservice management, with proven leadership, cost control, and customer service excellence in stadium environments.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)

• Responsible for operational budget, manage monthly P&L statements and ensure that all financial reporting is accurate.

• Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to staff responsible for executing the concessions team business plan.

• Work alongside the Director of Concessions and help lead, manage and mentor the Assistant Concessions Managers

• Sustain cost as it pertains to labor and operating supplies, work within budgeted guidelines.

• Provide efficient service and quality products by maintaining positive customer and client relations through effective communication and prudent financial practices.

• Accountability for establishing and maintaining proper safety and sanitation procedures as well as ensuring proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment; create a working relationship with local health officials.

• Ensure unit compliance with federal, state, local, and Legends regulations regarding sale of alcohol.

• Maintain management staff and ensure proper hiring and promoting associates per Legends standards.

• Work closely with multiple sub-contractors to ensure all needs are met, and terms of the contract are followed.

• Work closely with Human Resources on employee discipline matters regarding the seasonal hourly employees

• Preserving existing programs and developing new concepts to ensure the highest possible quality of food service.

• Oversee monthly inventory for concessions operations and develop yearly operational budgets.

• Maintaincostas it pertains to labor and operating supplies, work within budgeted guidelines.

• Ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition andcleanedon a regular basis.

• Maintain staff and ensure proper hiring and promoting of associates per Legends Hospitality Standards.

• Exhibit leadership for all direct reportsthroughconsistent communication, commendations and disciplinary action for all associates related to theconcessionsdepartment.

• Practicesafe work habitsand complete company and venuesafetyand general compliancetraining.

• Maintaina pleasantand collaborativeattitude towards customers, co-workers, and management ensuring a positive work environment and high-quality guest experience.

• Adheres to the LegendsGlobal and venuecompanypolicies.

• Complete other duties as assignedby management.

• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays).

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years’ management experience in the high-volume foodservice industry, preferably in concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue.

COMPENSATION
