Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Food Safety Supervisor to oversee food safety at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. You will ensure compliance, train staff on safe handling, and conduct inspections to mitigate risks during live events.

You will monitor temperature logs, labels, and discard times, report issues to culinary leadership, and uphold all health and safety regulations. The role requires flexibility for extended hours.

• Conduct routine food-safety inspections, document violations, take immediate corrective action, and report concerns to culinary leadership.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Practicesafe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.
• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Food Safety Supervisor to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Food Safety Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring food safety compliance, training employees on safe food-handling practices, and conducting inspections to identify and correct food safety risks. Essential Functions

• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium events
• Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while navigating ramps, stairs and elevator

Compensation

Competitive hourly range of $25-$28/hour.
