Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Warehouse Driver to operate a company vehicle and support the branch with warehouse duties, delivering local orders and equipment and planning efficient routes.

Under supervision, you will load/unload, maintain inventory programs at customer sites, and verify deliveries with packing slips. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips and delivery instructions.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills for tracking and records.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment.
• Sort assignments and plan the most efficient route.
• Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations.
• Organize products in reverse delivery order and load the vehicle.
• Unload at customer location and obtain packing slip signature.
• Determine items to pick, check, and ship from sales orders.
• Prepare items for delivery to customers.
• Secure packages to prevent damage during shipping.
• Assist with restocking on shelves.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
