Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Senior Warehouse Driver in Indianapolis, IN to operate company vehicles for local pickups and deliveries and support the branch warehouse. You’ll route efficiently, manage inventory at customer sites, and ensure safe handling of goods with proper documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with several years of driving and warehouse experience, a valid license, and compliance with DOT guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of experience.
• Ability to move up to 100 lbs and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and annual review of driving record; road test upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment.
• Sort assignments and plan the most efficient route.
• Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory at customer locations.
• Unload, verify deliveries, and obtain customer signatures.
• Assist with restocking and help drivers with customer needs when required.
