Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Warehouse Driver to operate a company vehicle for local pickups and deliveries and to provide branch warehouse support as needed.

You will plan efficient routes, read packing slips, and document delivery information while ensuring items are loaded securely. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and compliance with DOT guidelines.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips and delivery instructions.
• Ability to document information obtained from customers during delivery.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment.
• Sort assignments and arrange the most efficient route.
• Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations.
• Organize products in reverse delivery order and load in delivery vehicle.
• Unload products at customer location and obtain customer signature on packing slip.
