Job summary

You will mentor analysts, guide pricing strategies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with brokers, investors, and internal stakeholders.

The role emphasizes process improvements, regulatory compliance with BSA and privacy directives, and leadership during manager absences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 8 years fixed income products, ABS market, quantitative modeling or consumer/commercial lending (in lieu of education).
• Minimum 5 years in Investment Management, Asset Management, Fixed Income, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex loan sales, purchases and participations, including pricing, structure, due diligence and closings.
• Review analyst work products, reporting packages, portfolio analyses and transaction recommendations for accuracy.
• Coordinate departmental priorities and workload across analyst functions to support timely execution.
• Serve as a contact for brokers, investors, strategic counterparties and internal stakeholders on complex matters.
• Lead portfolio valuation, forecasting, performance analytics, market research and executive reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, reporting enhancements and controls.
• Support audits, regulatory examinations, governance activities and remediation of loan trading operations.
• Mentor analysts, provide technical guidance, and act as department lead during manager absences.
