Responsibilities

• Close or administer high complexity syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions.
• Review due diligence documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with credit approvals.
• Advises customers and partners to execute transactions and manage risks.
• Verify disbursements and identify documentation or escalations needed.
• Support risk mitigation and provide training or subject matter guidance.
