Job summary

Bank of Utah is seeking a Loan Servicing Processor II at our Ogden branch. The role supports commercial loan customers, SBA loans, and construction loans, handling booking, file maintenance, and draw processes from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The position backs up the manager within the Loan Servicing Department.

Ideal candidates have a high school education, good communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Prior loan servicing exposure is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Education must be completed.
• Good communication and basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain productivity.
• Strong understanding of debits and credits in banking.
• Familiarity with loan payment streams and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Book all loan types (SBA, Construction, Commercial, Letters of Credit, Master Notes, Leases, Bonds, etc.) to the DNA system.
• Complete file maintenance and status changes in DNA and Construct.
• Set up commercial construction loans and manage draw processes for loans and escrows.
• Process loan payments and provide customer service for commercial and construction loan customers.
• Perform GL reconciliations and reconcile loan billing statements.
• Assist investor reporting and monitor note exception reports.
• Quote and process payoffs for sold SBA loans.
