Columbia Bank in Irvine, CA is seeking a Senior Loan Servicing Manager to lead a team within loan servicing. You will oversee daily operations, develop policies, and ensure accurate portfolio administration while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in lending or bank operations with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and advanced knowledge of loan origination systems such as LaserPro. Excellent communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years — of lending industry or bank operations experience (Preferred)
• 7-10 years — supervisory/management experience (Required)
• Knowledge of complex loan documentation, structuring, and servicing procedures as well as state, federal, investor, and bank policies, guidelines, and regulations.
• Possess strong leadership, organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, analytical, decision making, motivational, and customer service skills.
• Advanced proficiency in loan origination (LaserPro preferred), banking systems, and commercial/installment loan application software.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain systems for efficient daily operations.
• Prepare the department budget and monitor expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audits.
• Coach and write/deliver performance reviews for staff.
• Lead strategic initiatives and vendor relationships in loan operations.
