Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in banking, Loan Servicing/Operations.
• AI & Automation: Experience with AI tools, workflow automation, OCR, or Excel scripting.
• Technical Systems: Proficient in core banking software (Jack Henry, nCino, Cognos, CoreLogic, MS Office).
• Loan Knowledge: Strong knowledge of loan documentation, escrow processing, and Participated/Syndicated Loans.
• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak).
• Core Competencies: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, organizational skills, strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and process loan payments, escrow disbursements, tax/insurance payments.
• Monitor tax and insurance tickler reports to prevent lapses.
• Input and monitor insurance types and tax folios in Jack Henry; transfer to CoreLogic.
• Prepare flood expiration notices, letters, and UCC-3 continuations.
• Reconcile flood and tax service accounts; support customer and staff inquiries.
• Lead daily workflows and mentor other loan servicing specialists.
