This full-time management role leads Consumer and Commercial Servicing and Asset Recovery, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant activities while coordinating with originators, processing, servicing, and recovery teams.

The candidate will guide collections practices, resolve servicing issues, and promote end-to-end loan process efficiency.

Qualifications

• HS diploma plus 2+ years loan experience including 2+ years collection experience
• Customer service, sales or other prior experience dealing directly with customers
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with strong communication
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits, bank reconciliations, and how accounting transactions interact with loan accounts

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and oversight of Consumer and Commercial Servicing and Asset Recovery functions
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant servicing and asset recovery activities while maintaining efficient workflows
• Guide collection practices and resolve servicing issues
• Collaborate with lending and operations teams to promote an effective end-to-end loan process and deliver high-quality service
