Passumpsic Bank is looking for a bright, energetic and highly motivated individual for the Loan Servicing and Asset Recovery Supervisor position we have available in St. Johnsbury.

The candidate for this position is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the Consumer and Commercial Servicing and Asset Recovery functions. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant servicing and asset recovery activities while maintaining efficient workflows and strong collaboration between loan originators, processing, servicing, and asset recovery teams.

This position serves as a key resource to Servicing and Asset Recovery staff, providing guidance on collection practices, resolving servicing issues, and ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures. The Supervisor also works closely with lending and operations teams to promote an effective end-to-end loan process and deliver accurate, efficient, and high-quality service.

JOB SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

The candidate should possess a H igh School diploma with 2+ years loan experience, including 2+ years of collection experience. Customer service, sales or other prior experience dealing directly with customers. Prior supervisory experience preferred.
