Job summary

Customers Bank in Malvern, AR is seeking a Loan Participations Specialist to support the full lifecycle of Participation and Syndication loans, including onboarding, servicing, remittance processing, and reconciliation. You will collaborate with internal Loan Operations teams to ensure data integrity, improve processes, and leverage technology to increase efficiency and accuracy.

This role requires 5-7 years in Loan Operations and 3-5 years in Participation/ Syndication loans, with a hybrid work

Qualifications

5-7 years in Loan Operations and/or Bank Ops.
3-5 years in Participation and Syndication loans.
Ability to read and interpret financial and legal documents.
Strong communication, mentoring, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

Support full lifecycle of Participation and Syndication loans including onboarding and servicing.
Process remittance activity daily and ensure accuracy across systems.
Reconcile loan accounts and resolve discrepancies with partner institutions.
Lead new loan onboarding for Participation and Syndicated notes and sub-notes.
Collaborate with Loan Operations teams to ensure data integrity and controls.
Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Leverage technology and AI to streamline repetitive tasks and reporting.
