Qualifications

• 3+ years of origination experience in fix-and-flip, bridge, RTL, or business-purpose lending.
• Active NMLS registration and state licensing as required.
• Existing network of real estate investors, brokers, and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Source and originate fix-and-flip and RTL loans through your network.
• Evaluate borrower profiles, project viability, exit strategy, and collateral.
• Structure tailored loan solutions and issue indicative terms.
• Guide clients from application to closing within a 5–7 business day funding window.
• Collaborate with underwriting and operations to move deals to the closing table.
• Track pipeline activity in the CRM and report on volume and conversions.
• Stay current on market trends and local investor dynamics in your markets.

We are hiring an experienced Loan Originator with a proven track record in Fix-and-Flip and RTL lending to help expand our national borrower base. This role is built for a producer who already has deal flow — you bring the network and the relationships, and we bring the speed, the terms, and the operational support to help you close more of it.

What You'll Do

• Source and originate fix-and-flip and RTL loans through your existing network
• Evaluate borrower profiles, project viability, exit strategy, and collateral
• Structure tailored loan solutions and issue indicative terms

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced. 3+ years of origination experience in fix-and-flip, bridge, RTL, or business-purpose lending, with a demonstrated ability to close deals consistently
• Connected. An existing network of real estate investors, brokers, and referral sources you can bring with you
• Sharp. Strong analytical skills — you can evaluate a deal, structure terms, and negotiate with confidence
• Licensed. Active NMLS registration and state licensing as required
• A strong communicator who builds borrower and broker relationships quickly and maintains them for the long term
