Position Summary:

The Senior Loan Operations Specialist will be responsible for the processing/servicing of loans for the bank's Commercial Real Estate and Middle Market Loan Portfolios. This person will also work with operations and compliance staff and will have heavy customer contact.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Set up and process new loans including review of documentation, fund closings and input loan data to the CORE loan system.


• Provide support for Tax Escrow disbursement for all Commercial Loans.


• Provide on-going loan operations support including processing of wires, rate changes, loan payments, and loan advances.


• Provide on-going loan operations support for loan amendments, renewals and modifications


• Provide best in class customer service including responding to customer and account officer inquiries as well as problem resolution.


• Evaluate loan closing documents/payments/advances for any inconsistencies.

Required knowledge, skills and experience:

• Associate degree or equivalent experience


• 3-5 years of commercial loan knowledge is required;familiar with Community Banking Industries is helpful


• Knowledge of AFS Vision Loan System is a plus


• Proficient in Excel

Potential Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 annually

This salary range only reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
