Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a skilled professional to support a diverse portfolio of loan facilities and perform detailed financial analyses. You will translate loan documents into actionable calculations, guide onboarding into the loan management system, and ensure precise processing of loan activity while monitoring covenants and preparing investor allocations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate and/or Accounting.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Asset Management role (loan servicing, risk/financial analysis, valuations, capital markets).
• Demonstrate understanding of debt instruments and relevant financial reporting.
• Knowledge of real estate markets with emphasis on multifamily, office, retail and senior living sectors.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with strong work ethic to meet daily challenges of a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of 50-100 various credit facilities.
• Review loan documents and translate legal language into calculations.
• Instruct loan processing team to onboard new facility/loan and validate inputs.
• Ensure accuracy of processing loan activity (draws, repayments, reallocations, waterfalls).
• Prepare and review financial statements and investor allocations.
• Monitor financial and reporting covenants.
• Provide additional loan servicing and reporting as needed.
