Job summary

The Citco Group Limited is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to lead a team that analyzes and maintains complex loan structures and lifecycle events within our Structured Products and Loan Servicing group in Dallas.

You will manage client relationships, provide technical accounting guidance, and help design client service plans and transitions while collaborating with cross-functional teams; a CPA/CFA or equivalent is preferred; strong leadership and MS Office skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Professional Accounting/Finance designation considered an asset (CFA, CPA).
• 8+ years experience in Financial Services, Structured Products, Loan Administration and/or Loan Agency.
• Experience with CLO and/or Collateral Administration preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to supervise other professionals.
• Proven project management skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for client relationships and meetings.
• Provide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients.
• Be involved with the preparation of client service plans including annual budget.
• Establish plan for new client setup and transitions.
