Citco in the United States is seeking a seasoned Loan Administration professional to manage daily operations of syndicated and private debt portfolios and serve as a key point of contact with clients and internal teams.

This analytical role requires 5–8 years in loan administration, at least 2 years of people management, strong Excel and Word skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Citco offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in loan administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of syndicated and/or private debt portfolios.
• Ensure client deliverables are met timely and accurately.
• Oversee and monitor accurate processing of loan lifecycle activity.
• Lead a team of approximately 2-3 analysts/associates.
• Review credit agreements and loan documentation for proper setup.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve issues.
