Qualifications

• Minimum five years in loan operations, mortgage processing, or related banking functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Secondary Market, Loan Administration, Loan Origination, and TRID/Escrow teams.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, investor requirements, and bank policies.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Coaching and development of department managers and staff.
