Financial Additions is partnering with a well-established Texas banking client seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join its lending team. This individual will support the loan process from approval through closing and funding, working closely with lenders, customers, title companies, and internal banking teams.

The role requires meticulous loan documentation, file reviews for accuracy and compliance, and coordination of closing, funding, and post-closing activities.

Qualifications

• Previous loan processing or loan operations experience within a bank or financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of loan documentation and lending processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
