Qualifications

• 5–10 years minimum experience in a leadership role.

• Experience developing lending policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop our growing loan department.
• Refine loan policies and procedures.
• Oversee compliance and risk controls in lending.
• Manage loan committee and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Prospect for new business and community engagement.
• Underwrite, analyze, originate and service commercial loans.
• Portfolio management of new and existing loans.
• Coordinate external loan reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with executive management.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all loan files.
• Cross-sell and develop deposit relationships with loan customers.
