Great Plains Federal Credit Union in Joplin, MO seeks a Vice President of Lending to lead consumer, mortgage and indirect lending initiatives. Reporting to the CEO, you will grow the lending portfolio while maintaining credit quality and guiding an experienced team.

You will evaluate products, pricing, underwriting, and delivery channels, partnering across the organization to align strategy with member needs.

Qualifications

• Progressive lending experience within a financial institution.
• Leadership responsibility for lending teams or portfolio performance.
• Strong consumer lending knowledge; mortgage/indirect lending valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee consumer, mortgage, indirect lending, and collections.
• Grow and strengthen the consumer lending portfolio.
• Lead and develop the lending team with clear expectations.
