Job summary

TBO Bank in Orrick, Missouri is seeking a Loan Officer, AA VP who will develop relationships with existing and prospective customers, assess needs, and recommend appropriate loan products. You will underwrite, originate, and service a wide range of commercial, agricultural and consumer loans while ensuring accurate documentation and strong portfolio management.

You will actively pursue new business, cross-sell deposit relationships, and maintain compliance with lending laws.

Qualifications

• Previous lending experience including consumer and commercial lending.
• Business development experience.
• Agricultural lending experience would be appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage loan requests and inquiries from multiple sources.
• Prospect for new business leads and conduct outbound meetings.
• Underwrite, analyze, originate and service commercial, agricultural and consumer loans.
• Monitor loan payments and manage portfolio of loans.
• Ensure all paperwork is complete and accurate with attention to detail.
• Actively cross-sell and develop deposit relationships with loan customers.
• Coordinate external loan reviews and audits.
• Adhere to all applicable compliance rules, laws and regulations.
