Responsibilities

• Schedule all loan officer appointments and manage branch calendars.
• Take incoming calls and assist Loan Partner II with clerical tasks.
• Coordinate weekly face-to-face meetings based on branch metrics.
• Support pre-qualifications and pre-approvals to hit branch goals.
• Attend branch events to help build clientele.
• Maintain branch checklists, files and analyses within deadlines.
