Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in loan documentation and relevant law.
• Working knowledge of banking compliance regulations.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise documentation preparation and deadlines.
• Validate internally/externally prepared and attorney-drafted documents.
• Confirm approvals, appraisals/environmentals, and policy adherence.
• Manage pending exceptions and workload distribution.
• Complete final post-settlement reviews and core-system coding.
• Coordinate with lenders, Loan Services, attorneys, and title companies.
• Oversee CRA/HMDA/Small Business data collection inputs.
• Monitor flood insurance at origination.
• Produce management reports and respond to auditors/examiners.
