The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of loan or credit experience, the ability to read complex loan documents, and strong organizational skills. The role is in a hybrid work environment with in-person and remote days. Compensation ranges from $41,116 to $65,787 base pay.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of loans or credit experience.
• Ability to read and interpret loan-related documents such as memos, deeds/mortgages, title policies, security agreements, and more.
• Ability to evaluate processes and procedures to make improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines as required.
• Self-motivated, results oriented with problem solving skills.
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Office programs, Foundation, and First Work.

Aufgaben

• Review consumer purpose loan documents based on specific standards.
• Respond to email and phone requests in a timely manner with accurate information.
• Process lien filings and releases accurately and timely.
• Monitor liens that require ongoing maintenance.
• Adhere to bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to the role.
