Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or economics.
5 years of credit analysis and/or loan review experience in banking preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; intermediate Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

Provide loan decisions and credit recommendations based on underwriting criteria within assigned authority.
May recommend terms and structures that exceed authority.
Review financial statements and project cash flow to assess debt service and repayment ability.
Summarize and adjudicate final credit decisions within credit authority.
Mentor lower level Loan Credit Specialists and assist DAC as needed.
