Lendmark Financial Services, LLC. is seeking a Senior Loan Consultant (Customer Service Representative) at our Virginia Beach branch.

The position supports the Branch Manager with staff supervision, loan processing up to lending limits, and community business development to drive profitability and customer satisfaction. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years in consumer finance, strong communication, and proficiency with lending software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and motivation of staff to meet goals and branch profitability.
• Make loan decisions up to lending limits; process and close consumer loans; collect accounts in delinquency.
• Assist branch manager with business development relationships within the community; sell products to meet sales goals.
• Ensure a high quality of customer service; monitor customer satisfaction; perform other duties as assigned.
