Lendmark Financial Services is seeking a Loan Consultant II at our Virginia Beach branch to deliver exceptional customer experiences while providing personal loan solutions. You will build a customer base through sales, loan extensions and merchant referrals.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing verifications, approving loans within limits, handling collections, and actively marketing branch products and services while meeting monthly goals.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4+ years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling, computer skills and strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and communicate clearly.

Aufgaben

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office and via phone; verify credit and employment information.
• Process payments, distributions and provide loan recommendations.
• Approve loans up to lending limits and close loans.
• Handle collection accounts and maintain customer communications.
• Prepare reports, transactions, and documentation; manage branch cash drawer and deposits.
• Actively market branch products and services to customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
