Ally Financial seeks an Operations Senior Analyst – Loan Closer in New York to manage set-up activities, initial funding, and modifications in Loan IQ. You will validate borrower data, price deals, and ensure compliance with KYC/AML and flood insurance requirements throughout closings.

The role requires 3+ years in loan closing operations, strong communication, and MS Word/Excel proficiency, with hybrid/onsite work depending on team needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational commercial Loan Closing experience.
• BA or BS preferred, in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review Legal Agreement and Underwriting documents to obtain pricing and setup requirements for deal set-up and funding.
• Perform initial funding activities and handle loan modifications and assignments.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and Flood Insurance requirements during closings.
• Coordinate with Operations Servicing team for accurate handling of new accounts and pricing changes.
