Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking an Operations Senior Analyst – Loan Closer to work from its Bethesda, MD office. You will handle detailed deal set-ups, initial funding activities, and complex loan modifications in Loan IQ or similar systems.

The role requires strong knowledge of KYC, AML, and insurance requirements for accurate closings. You will review loan documents, ensure timely funding, perform sign-offs with servicing teams, and support SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational commercial loan closing experience.
• Experience with loan set-up, funding, and deal modifications.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML and flood insurance requirements.
• Experience with Loan IQ or comparable systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review legal agreements and underwriting documents to determine requirements.
• Perform deal set-up, initial funding activities, and loan modifications.
• Coordinate with servicing teams to ensure accurate close and funding.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and SOX controls are followed.
