Ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience, Excel and LoanIQ proficiency, and strong analytical and communication abilities. The position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and supports strategic initiatives within the unit.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of unit's key products, services, processes and controls - in-depth.
• Excel, LoanIQ and department systems knowledge - in-depth.
• Understanding of risk and regulatory requirements - in-depth.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Data driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Provides loan closing and portfolio monitoring support in a professional and timely manner.
• Facilitates loan closing, commitment management, and booking of the loan portfolio per policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with accurate, responsive support.
• Investigates escalated requests and provides recommendations.
• Builds relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensures alignment.
• Analyzes data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
• Supports execution of strategic initiatives and change management activities.
• Researches discrepancies and resolves issues or escalates as required.
