Qualifications

• Seven or more years of commercial loan closing/documentation experience.
• Experience with large, complex or specialized commercial loans.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Knowledge of LaserPro and real estate documents (title, mortgages, appraisals).

Responsibilities

• Manage the Corporate & Specialized Loan Closing unit, including staff supervision and workflow oversight.
• Serve as subject matter expert for corporate and specialized loan closings for large credits.
• Track and report production performance to Loan Operations management.
• Review loan approvals and translate closing requirements into documentation.
• Oversee entry and tracking of closing exceptions in nCino and related records.
• Lead training, coaching, and staff development within the unit.
