Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of lending operations, loan administration, and servicing processes.
• Strong PC skills and ability to work within SLAs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and formats data into regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Supports change management and sustainment activities.
• Organizes work information for accuracy and completeness.
• Processes routine service requests and transactions within SLAs.
• Executes administrative tasks and distributes/files documentation.
• Communicates with stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
• Assists in developing new processes and tools.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and risk guidelines.
