Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in commercial affordable housing loan closing with a CDFI or related function.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, loan documentation, title process, and closing compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple complex transactions with different structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end pre- and post-closing activities for complex loan structures.
• Coordinate with counsel, title agents, and lenders to ensure timely closings.
• Ensure compliance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, and data integrity in systems.
