LIIF’s headquarters is in San Francisco and has offices in Los Angeles, Riverside County, New York, Atlanta, and Washington D.C.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Loan Closing Administrator (SLCA) leads and provides advanced expertise and execution support for the national team of LIIF’s internal commercial real estate loan closings. This role requires a strong expertise in real‑estate law, loan documentation (loan agreements, mortgages, notes, deeds, ground leases, guarantees), basic credit and debits of a closing statement, application of off‑balance sheet fund closings (not LIIF funds), and management of administrative and compliance activities which include entering loan data into a salesforce nCino loan system preclosing. The SLCA also leads and ensures smooth transition of closed loans to Asset Management and Loan Servicing, working collaboratively across teams and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
