Job summary

M&T Bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Chicago, IL for the Loan Agency team within the Loan Market Solutions Division. You will manage daily loan servicing activities, process transactions, and support client relationships with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Qualified candidates will have strong communication skills, financial services experience, and familiarity with Loan Agency processes.

Qualifications

• Combined minimum of 7 years’ higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 year relevant work experience with direct client contact.
• Exposure to Loan Agency and experience with LoanIQ are preferred.
• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily loan administration including transaction onboarding, debt service payments, loan fundings, loan reprices, amendments, terminations, etc.
• Resolve discrepancies and review trade documents for execution; process trades in the loan system.
• Partner with relationship managers to oversee portfolio and client relationships.
• Liaise with clients providing excellent customer service and timely responses to requests.
