Job summary

Intel Corporation is seeking a Network Security Engineer to support secure classified network products for USG operations. The role involves architecting security solutions, defining requirements, and coordinating assessments, with travel as needed.

Minimum qualifications include TS clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a bachelor's degree with several years of IT/security experience. This on-site role is based in the US and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen
• Active US Government Top Secret (TS) clearance with ability to obtain/maintain SCI access
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years IT or related experience
• 3+ years of experience in network security, load balancing, and network infrastructure
• Experience as system administrator with data center migrations, server upgrades, and patching

Responsibilities

• Architect network and security products in secured enclaves; perform testing and validation
• Design long-term roadmaps for secure enclaves and scalability
• Define system security requirements and trust relationships
• Design security interfaces and interconnections between components
• Implement designs using COTS, GOTS, and open-source software/hardware
• Oversee hardening and configuration in line with DoD/IC guidance
• Coordinate security assessments and corrective actions
• Travel as needed
