RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Radar Cross Section (RCS) engineer for onsite work. You will design, analyze, and test RCS components, and integrate signature control techniques into deliverables for customers.

The role requires STEM education with 5+ years of experience or an advanced STEM degree with 3+ years, and a Secret security clearance. Onsite work, salary range posted, and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience, or advanced STEM degree with 3+ years.
• Experience performing RCS measurement, prediction, and/or design.
• Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and test Radar Cross Section components.
• Work in integrated product teams to apply signature control techniques.
