Qualifications

• BS or MS in a related scientific discipline with 5+ years (BS) or 3+ years (MS) of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with lipid nanoparticle formulation and production for nucleic acid cargos (e.g., mRNA, siRNA).
• Experience with LNP processing techniques and equipment across scales (mixers, pumps, TFF).
• Familiarity with analytical techniques for LNP characterization (size, polydispersity, encapsulation).
• Ability to independently execute experiments, troubleshoot, interpret data, and drive projects forward.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Design, formulate, produce, and characterize LNPs to support preclinical research.
• Execute LNP production across scales from small to larger batches.
• Operate and develop processes using LNP equipment including mixers, pumps, and TFF.
• Troubleshoot formulation and process challenges and optimize production.
• Collaborate with scientists to design experiments and interpret results.
• Develop robust, reproducible LNP workflows and maintain documentation.
• Communicate results and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Foster scientific rigor, collaboration, and operational excellence.
