CareCore at Meadows in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility, ensuring exceptional resident care and staff engagement. The role demands hands‑on leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive quality improvement across the campus.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license required.
• Previous long‑term care/skilled nursing leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal LTC regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with census development, staffing, budgeting, and survey preparation preferred.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a strong focus on both residents and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Provide leadership and support to department directors and facility staff.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal long‑term care regulations.
• Lead survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor staffing, census, financial performance, and operational goals.
• Promote employee engagement, retention, and accountability.
• Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of resident care.
