Job summary

CareCore at Meadows in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build a strong team and ensure exceptional resident care and staff engagement.

The LNHA will oversee operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and partner with clinical leadership to drive quality improvement and facility performance. This is a key leadership role with community impact.

Qualifications

• Ohio LNHA license is required.
• Extensive long-term care/skilled nursing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal LTC regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with census development, staffing, budgeting, and survey preparation preferred.
• Hands-on leadership style focused on residents and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility
• Provide leadership and support to department directors and facility staff
• Maintain compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
• Lead survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor staffing, census, financial performance, and operational goals
• Promote employee engagement, retention, and accountability
• Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high standards of resident care
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the community
• Drive continued growth and overall facility performance
