Job summary

Meadowbrook Care Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative activities, with P&L responsibility and mandate regulatory compliance.

The role requires a current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License, a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, and demonstrated skills in management, budgeting, marketing, and quality improvement. An advanced degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare.
• Advanced degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
• Current, unencumbered Ohio Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Demonstrated skills in management, planning, budgeting, marketing and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Establish financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct an annual evaluation of goal achievement.
• Monitor monthly facility performance in relation to the budget and intervene as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and provide orientation/training for staff to carry out facility programs and services.
• Schedule regular meetings with direct report staff to provide supervision and ensure communication.
• Conduct and document annual performance evaluations for each direct report staff.
• Maintain and guide the implementation of facility policies and procedures in compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to promote and expand the facility’s programs/services.
• Maintain a file for and monitor incident reports.
• Ensure preparation for and participation in regulatory compliance surveys.
