Bradley Estates Nursing and Rehab is hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to oversee 24-hour facility operations in Milwaukee. You will manage budgets, census, equipment, and resources, and lead a team to deliver high-quality resident care with regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Wisconsin LNHA license and demonstrates strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to maintain a safe, respectful, and efficient environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) required in Wisconsin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages 24-hour operation of the facility.
• Coordinates with management and directors on budgets, census, equipment and resources.
• Oversees surveys, reporting, and corrective actions with staff.
• Implements QA/QI processes and safety/compliance programs.
• Maintains documentation of investigations, meetings and trainings.
• Develops and updates policies to reflect regulatory standards.
