Job summary

Cheniere Energy, Inc. seeks an Analyst or Senior Analyst to develop and maintain LNG vessel schedules and manage risk-adjusted inventories in a dynamic ops environment.

The role requires frequent cross-functional interaction with Terminal Operations, Marine, and SPAs teams. The candidate will evaluate cargo nominations and scheduling requests, drive cross-functional execution, and identify schedule-driven risks with independent mitigation actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; relevant experience may substitute.
• Analyst: 3+ years in a commercial or operational role in energy commodities; LNG experience preferred but not required.
• Senior Analyst: 5+ years in a commercial or operational role in energy commodities; LNG experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and optimize an integrated LNG schedule for Sabine Pass and Corpus Christi facilities and communicate risks and changes.
• Track real-time vessel ETAs, inspections, weather, and cargo schedule changes.
• Coordinate with Marine and Production Engineering to monitor inventory, forecasts, outages and berth utilization.
• Consolidate operational constraints and risks for vessels and terminals and align with contractual obligations.
• Incorporate feedback to improve schedule efficiency and resilience in Commercial group and terminals.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to enable real-time decision making by all stakeholders.
• Deliver schedules that minimize operational and commercial delivery risks.
• Maintain and update commercial reporting tools and systems.
