Job summary

Golden Pass LNG seeks a Senior Operations Business Analyst to own and support Operations Applications such as Aveva PI, Hexagon J5, and Enablon. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, advise business users, and solve complex requirements within our system implementation.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in similar roles, strong operations IT experience, and proven ability to drive IT strategy while engaging stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Admin, MIS, Engineering or equivalent).
• 8+ years as a business or technical analyst supporting Operations Applications and Plant Operations.
• Experience partnering with operations IT teams and driving IT strategy across stakeholders.
• Ability to influence IT strategies, engage stakeholders and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support Operations Applications (Aveva PI, Hexagon J5, Enablon) and resolve complex requirements.
• Communicate with business users at all levels and translate needs into functional specs.
• Design feasible solution options to tackle business issues and enable growth.
• Manage stakeholder relationships between Operations and IT and ensure alignment.
• Evolve system architecture with input from business analysts and SMEs.
• Provide L2/3 support for existing production software.
• Apply agile delivery practices in a global team and manage tasks/timelines.
