Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Foxborough/Mansfield, MA seeks a Senior LMHC to supervise other therapists while maintaining a caseload. This Sr level role could evolve into a Clinic Director position; LICSW therapists are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.).
• Licensure to provide weekly supervision.
• Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!).

Responsibilities

• Weekly supervision of other therapists.
• Assess mental health functioning, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans and treatment plan reviews, complete ongoing documentation and case notes.
• Utilize creative and personalized interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Actively participate in Community Outreach and referral partnership development to help build practice awareness in the community.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
